Do you ship internationally?
 

Sure! We provide worldwide delivery. Please note that shipping time and fee may differ depending on your location.

We always ship to the address provided in the "Address" section of your order. If incorrect addresses are given and the post office is unable to deliver your package we will reship the item once it's returned. Reshipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We do not offer refunds on items returned due to insufficient addresses. Please make sure your address is correct upon checkout.
 

Do you offer expedited shipping?
 

Expedited options are available for several regions. Please contact us prior to ordering and include your location as well as the date of your event. We will write you back with the information about available shipping options.

 

How can I track my order?

 

We will notify you with a tracking number and special link as soon as your item is shipped. 

Do you provide refunds or returns?
 

Due to the custom nature of the items we do not provide refunds.

 

WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS CAUSED BY THE POSTAL OFFICE , NOR ACCOUNTABLE FOR STOLEN , LOST , DAMAGED, MISPLACED ITEMS . Refunds can not be given if such occurs.

​Returned item must be UNWORN /UNUSED . If an item is found to be worn or used and returned, a refund will not be given and the item will be sent back to you. A 15% restocking fee applies .

If your item approved for return, please provide a tracking number. You are responsible for shipping fee. No refund will be issued until item gets back to us.

We do not replace items that are damaged due to your improper care, tear.

Can you exchange my order?
 

If you received the wrong item please contact us as soon as possible. In this case we will be able to exchange the item. 

We will not provide an exchange in case the order was placed with the wrong measurements or size.  Please check the sizing or accuracy of provided measurements before check out.
 

Can I cancel my order?
 

We are able to offer a cancellation / refund if the item has not been made or shipped.

We do not refund or replace orders in case of improper care, normal wear and tear.
